PS50-TB Carton Former Sealer

Semi-automatic single block case former and sealer.

Case Former Section

Adjustable on the box sizes by handles. 

The operator picks the box and squares it in position on the middle machine shaft, folding the two width-wise flaps under the carton in the process. The bottom carton flaps activate two switches which trigger the folders to fold both lengthwise flaps under, completing the base.

The operator can now fill the box without having to hold it with one hand. Once filled, the operator folds the top flaps and activates the carton pusher to insert the carton into the sealing section.

Case Sealer Section

• Adjustable on the box sizes by handles
• Top and Bottom motorised driving belts (2x 50mm wide each) - Motors 0.13 HP
• 2 taping heads K11 (50mm width)
• By passing through the machine the top and bottom flaps will be sealed
• Working height adjustable 480-780mm
